Experts in building management reports using Crystal


We have many years experience building customised crystal reports for our clients and not necessarily on our mainstream products, in fact we can build reports on anything that has a database or ODBC connection.

Please see below some more generic reports available for purchase. If you run, for example, Sage Pastel Partner Accounting and can provide us with remote access to your server, we can deliver the crystal report you require and map it to your company database. Crystal Reports for Sage Pastel Partner Accounting

Credit Control Report

The graph shows the history of invoices and the time in days taken to pay in full - This is useful for spotting trends in customers payment habits. If an invoice is part paid first, then the report chooses the final payment date for calculating the days taken to pay.


Cost- $400 plus GST

Check for different inventory groups across store locations.

If you run Pastel Partner with an integrated inventory in a multi-stores environment, then you often need to check that your stock has the same inventory groups across all stores, especially if you value you your inventory based on inventory groups. This check report will only list stock items that have more than one distinct count of inventory groups, across your stores. You can then correct the data in Partner and re-run on a regular basis.

Printing invoices in customer order.

If you prefer to send out invoices at the end of each month to your customers, Pastel can print these invoices but in invoice number order. This Crystal report prints all unprinted invoices in customer order making it very easy to collate and send out your invoices.

Sales Analysis - Sales by Product Category

This report allows you to select a number of months in the current year e.g. Oct, Nov, Dec and will show previous year's comparisons. Qty, Sales, Cost, Profit and GP % are shown. If you are choosing a select number of month's then the previous year will show the equivalent sales allowing you to easily see whether you are achieving better or worse sales in that period. Individual periods sales performance are indicated by a green tick or a red cross.

Crystal Reports for Tranman Fleet Management Software


As standard Crest Software Solutions provides all Tranman Series 7 customers with the following reports written in Crystal Reports. They provide all the key management and performance information needed for the fleet management industry.
